These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our gemstone approval service, where clients can view and evaluate gemstones before making a purchase. By using this service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Approval Period

1.1 Clients are permitted to hold gemstones for evaluation for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Extensions of the approval period may be granted at the sole discretion of Crystal Myths UK Ltd upon written request.

2. Gemstone Handling and Care

2.1 Clients are responsible for handling the gemstones with utmost care during the approval period.

2.2 Gemstones must not be altered, cleaned, or subjected to any testing that may cause damage.

4. Shipping and Insurance

4.1 Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping gemstones to and from Crystal Myths UK Ltd. Gemstones will be shipped to the client via Royal Mail and fully insured during transit.

4.2 Clients must ensure the gemstones are fully insured during the return process.

4.3 Tracking information must be provided to Crystal Myths UK Ltd immediately upon shipping the gemstones back.

5. Return Conditions

5.1 Gemstones must be returned in their original condition, including any certificates, packaging, and documentation.

5.2 If gemstones are damaged, lost, or returned without proper documentation, Crystal Myths UK Ltd reserves the right to charge the client accordingly for any repairs, replacements, or missing items.

6. Purchase Decision

6.1 Clients must notify Crystal Myths UK Ltd of their decision to purchase or return the gemstones within the approval period.

6.2 If the client decides to purchase the gemstones, the agreed-upon purchase price must be paid as per invoice terms.

6.3 Goods maybe invoiced after 30 days unless agreed otherwise.

7. Late Returns

7.1 Late returns (unless agreed) may be subject to additional fees.

7.2 Failure to return gemstones within 30 days after the approval period may be considered a final sale, and the client will be charged the full purchase price.

8. Liability

8.1 Crystal Myths UK Ltd is not liable for any delays or damages caused during the return shipping process when the client handles the shipment.

8.2 Clients assume full responsibility for gemstones once they receive them and until Crystal Myths UK Ltd confirms receipt of their safe return.

8.3 The goods on approval remain our property returntable on demand until paid in full.

1. Natural Characteristics of Gemstones

Due to the natural composition and inherent characteristics of gemstones, we are not responsible for any flaws, inclusions, fractures, or changes that may occur during the cutting, polishing, or other processing of your gemstone. Natural imperfections in the stone may lead to unpredictable outcomes despite the utmost care taken during the service.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions

We shall not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions in the gemstone, including but not limited to cracks, fractures, inclusions, or weaknesses that may impact the cutting or polishing process. These conditions may result in damage or breakage, which is outside of our control.

3. Customer Assumption of Risk

By submitting a gemstone for our services, you acknowledge and accept that all gemstone cutting and related processes carry inherent risks, including, but not limited to, the possibility of breakage, weight loss, or other changes to the stone.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive for precision and high-quality results, we do not guarantee the outcome of the gemstone cutting process, including the final size, shape, clarity, or aesthetic appearance of the stone.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or reduction in the value of the gemstone or any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from our services.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for insuring their gemstone before submitting it for processing. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any potential loss or damage.
